This post is only open to current employees of University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust.

Opportunities have arisen within the Intensive Care Unit at Royal Lancaster Infirmary. We invite applications from experienced Critical Care Nurses who wish to develop their leadership and managerial skills.

You must be highly motivated, willing to take on new challenges and prepared to lead the Intensive Care team. You will be required to place a strong emphasis on Governance issues. There will be an expectation to lead on quality & developmental objectives as part of this role.

Anyone newly appointed to the trust will be subject to the completion of a satisfactory 6 month probationary period (this includes bank staff). This will give the new staff member an opportunity to become familiar with the role and working environment.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
